I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy, equipped with everything I needed after a busy day at the Natchez Balloon Festival. The service was excellent, with a special shoutout to Rosa for her exceptional assistance. The location was perfect, close to all the city sites. Although the dining was good, there were minor delays in getting some items. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
